Is there abundant free parking around Figlio Tower?
Your guests are welcome to park in the Medical Building Garage on 46th Terrace, in the Figlio Italian Restaurant Parking Garage just off of Wyandotte, in the Houston’s Garage on Wornall, or any available on-street parking for no additional fee.

Does Figlio Tower offer valet parking?
Yes, Valet services are available on Friday & Saturday evenings.

Are guests allowed to bring in outside food & beverage?
No, all food & alcohol must be provided by Figlio Tower. You are more than welcome to bring in your wedding cake, but there will be no other exceptions.

Is the Figlio Tower menu the same as Figlio Italian Restaurant?
No, Figlio Tower is a completely separate concept. We are a division of Haddad Restaurant Group. Our company operates Figlio, Plaza III, & Royals’ Stadium Club. While some Figlio favorites are featured on the Figlio Tower menus, the Tower menus are not predominantly Italian. We offer a wide variety of Midwestern favorites, too.

Can I customize my menu selections?
The Event Planning staff at Figlio Tower will be more than happy to prepare a custom menu to suit the needs of your group. We are pleased to offer meals for special dietary needs and small children.

In addition to the room, what else does Figlio Tower provide for my event?
Figlio Tower will provide all of your tables, chairs, white linen, china, flatware, & glassware. You are welcome to upgrade to floor-length or colored linens for an additional fee.

Does Figlio Tower provide any table centerpieces?
The Tower will provide your group with round mirrors & votive candles at no additional charge. Also, the walls are adorned with Italian murals and lighted ficus trees.

Does the Tower offer coat check services?
Yes, we provide coat check services during the cooler months at no additional charge to you or your guests.

What is your staff to guest ratio, & how will the staff be dressed?
Figlio Tower provides 1 staff member for every 18 guests. The service staff will be professionally attired in tuxedo shirts, bow ties, & black pants.

Can Figlio Tower provide any audio-visual needs that my group may require?
We will be more than happy to arrange any audio-visual rentals for your group. Please speak with a member of our Event Planning staff.

How many guests can be comfortably seated in Figlio Tower’s dining area?
We can comfortably seat 286 guests. We will be happy to offer seating alternatives if you will have a larger guest list.

How many hours can my event last if I book with Figlio Tower?
You are welcome to begin your event as early as you would like, but we do ask that your guests leave the premise by 1:00 AM.

Is Figlio Tower covered by a liability insurance policy?
Yes, as a banquet & catering facility, Figlio Tower is covered by a sizable liability policy. Please speak with the Event Planning staff if your event will require a certificate of insurance.

If I cancel my event will my deposit be refunded?
No, all deposits to Figlio Tower are non-refundable. Additionally, if you cancel your event less than 14 days prior to the date of your event, Figlio Tower will require full payment for any charges that may have been incurred by your group.

Does Figlio Tower offer cake cutting services for weddings and other special events?
We will be more than happy to cut & serve your special cake for a flat fee of $40.00.

Does Figlio Tower have a dance floor?
Yes, Figlio Tower has a large dance floor with bay windows that overlook the J.C. Nichol’s Fountain in Mill Creek Park.

Is the facility handicap accessible?
Yes, there is an elevator that can be accessed from the parking circle next to the entrance to Figlio Italian Restaurant.

Does Figlio Tower have a photo album of past events?
Yes, we encourage our prospective guests to peruse our photo album when they tour our facility.

When can I stop by to take a tour of Figlio Tower?
The Event Planning staff is available Monday through Friday from 9AM until 5 PM. Please call ahead to make sure that no events conflict with the times you’d wish to tour.
